HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. Fill out age appropriate tryout registration form below.
  2. Send your $20 registration fee via e-transfer to [email protected].
  3. Be sure to include the player's name and age group in the memo section of the e-transfer.
  4. Rep coaches will communicate tryout times in September. Try outs time will also be listed on Cal Bear website.
