Jeff's Outdoor: Keeping Henning Park Safe!
In the vibrant green fields of Henning Park an unseen threat lurks in the grass. A threat that could jeopardize the health and safety of all who set foot on the park grounds—TICKS!
Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Jeff’s Outdoor has stepped up to the plate in an extraordinary display of community service. With a generous donation of their time and resources, Jeff's Outdoor has undertaken the task of spraying at Henning Park, creating a barrier against these potentially dangerous pests.

This proactive measure has provided a much-needed layer of protection for our baseball players and fans, ensuring that the focus remains on the thrill of the game, not the worry of tick-borne illnesses. Jeff’s Outdoor has pledged to continue their spraying efforts throughout the summer months, ensuring that Henning Park remains a safe haven from ticks. Their ongoing dedication will help maintain the park as a safe and enjoyable space for everyone to gather, play, and watch baseball.

On behalf of the CMBA, players, fans, and families, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Jeff’s Outdoor for their contributions in keeping our beloved park a little safer!

Disclaimer: While these efforts have significantly reduced the risk of tick encounters in Henning Park, we encourage everyone to remain vigilant. Whenever you spend time in any green space, it’s crucial to check for ticks on yourself, your children, and your pets. Taking a few moments to inspect your clothing and skin after outdoor activities can go a long way in preventing tick bites and the diseases they may carry.
